2. Confirm order status
² Unpaid: The order has not been paid. You can cancel the order at any time.
² Paid: The order has been successfully paid and is waiting for purchase or shipment.
² Purchased: The seller has confirmed the purchase and the product is being prepared for shipment.
² Received: The product has arrived at the warehouse and has been received.
² Available: The product has been available in your personal warehouse and can be processed later.
3. Time limit for applying for a refund
² Purchased, shipped, and in stock: If the order is in the "in stock" status, you can apply for a refund or return within 12 hours. Applications after the deadline will not be accepted.
² Available: If you want a refund, only the product price will be refunded, and the service fee will not be refunded.

2. Find the order that needs to be refunded
² Find the order you need to refund in the order list and click the "Details" or "Refund" button.
3. Select the product you want to refund
² Select the product you want to refund, fill in the reason for the refund and submit.
4. Submit a refund request
² Apply for a refund as shown in the screenshot. After submission, the system will generate a refund application form, and you can check the refund progress in the order details.
3. LuluKitty Acceptance Time
After receiving your order cancellation or refund application, LuluKitty will process it within the specified time and communicate and negotiate with the seller. The specific processing time is as follows:
² Paid orders: accepted within 12 hours
² Purchased orders: accepted within 24 hours
² Orders shipped and received by the merchant: accepted within 48 hours
IV. Estimated Refund Time
Once the refund application is successfully processed, the refund will be returned to the available balance of your LuluKitty account. The estimated refund arrival time is as follows:
² Paid orders: refund within 24 hours
² Purchased orders: refund within 72 hours
² Orders that have been shipped, signed for, arrived, or put into storage: The refund time depends on the seller, about 7-15 days
5. Special instructions
For orders that have been put on the shelves: If you want a refund, only the product price will be refunded, and the service fee will not be refunded.
