Purchasing, transshipment inspection range

Purchasing inspection scope:

1. After the goods arrive at Lulukitty, professional quality inspectors will inspect the appearance of the goods. Such as color, large area of damage, stains, size, model, version number, etc. (For clothing products, it is subject to your product notes or the final changes later. The inspection is based on the size on the product label and tag. Color difference, size and other errors are not within the inspection scope);

2. Electronic digital products are special products. Quality inspectors only check the appearance of the products and whether the accessories are complete. They cannot turn on the products to check whether there are any quality problems.

3. After you receive the goods, if there are any problems with the goods caused by inspection, you can apply for after-sales service.

Parcel forwarding inspection rules:

1. If the parcel meets the signing requirements, the warehouse will weigh the parcel and put it into storage according to the weight after receipt;

2. When signing for the package, if the outer packaging is found to be severely damaged or other goods that do not meet the delivery requirements, they will be directly refused or returned.

Kind tips:

1. Check "Unpacking and Inspection", we will inspect the goods according to the product link and remarks you provided. When submitting the forwarding order, please provide accurate and detailed product purchase information (such as product color, quantity, size, etc.); if "Unpacking and Inspection" is not checked, the warehouse will not unpack and inspect the goods in principle;

2. Color difference, size error, usage effect, etc. are not within the scope of inspection; electronic digital products are special products, and quality inspectors only check the appearance of the products and do not turn on the machine for inspection;

3. For information that cannot be confirmed, such as if the product has no obvious damage, stains or other significant problems, we will assume that you have communicated with the merchant and reached an agreement;

4. If we find that your goods do not meet the requirements of the transportation conditions after receipt, we will make a special mark on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return.
