Things to note when signing for goods
1. Before signing for the goods, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight.
2. Regardless of whether the outer packaging is obviously damaged or torn, you must inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for them, and make a note on the waybill before signing for them, or refuse to sign if there are any problems.
3. If the parcel you did not sign for in front of the deliveryman is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and report it to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website), and provide the goods invoice, photos of the actual goods and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office on your behalf.
4. The normal receipt of the goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be responsible for any situation that occurs to the goods after the normal receipt.
5. After receiving the package, if you have any questions, please report them to the customer service within 72 hours. We will not accept any feedback after the deadline.
Disclaimer
1. For fragile and easily damaged items, no matter whether or not you choose to strengthen the packaging, you will only be included in the loss claim, not the damage claim.
2. Dangerous goods and prohibited goods are not included in the claim (for example: compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquids, acid and alkali corrosive products and other national prohibited goods)
3. Losses or expenses caused by natural loss, inherent defects, characteristics, and price increases or decreases of goods are not included in the claim
4. Total or partial loss of goods during transportation due to natural disasters such as bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood, etc.
5. Goods that have exceeded the shelf life, warranty period, or delivery period due to force majeure such as weather and customs clearance time will not be compensated
6. If you are required to cooperate with relevant operations (including but not limited to payment of customs duties) due to customs reasons, but you refuse to cooperate and the package cannot be delivered as promised by the forwarding service provider, the losses, responsibilities and consequences caused by this will be borne by you, and the forwarding logistics provider will not bear any responsibility.
