1. Service Overview

As a service platform, LuluKitty integrates many third-party international logistics providers to provide you with parcel delivery services for purchased goods. We are committed to providing efficient and safe cross-border logistics solutions to ensure that your goods can be delivered to their destination smoothly. However, due to customs policies and uncontrollable factors in cross-border logistics, certain risks are inevitable. In order to ensure that you have a full understanding of these potential risks, we hereby declare the following:

2. Customs Policy and Cross-border Logistics Risk Statement

LuluKitty platform, we provide you with parcel delivery services for purchased goods, but we do not bear the risks caused by customs policies and uncontrollable factors in cross-border logistics, such as fines, damage, loss, peak delivery delays, etc. We will assist you in risk estimation and reduce the probability of loss by providing timely risk reminders and continuously improving logistics insurance and other measures.

1. Customs policy risks

² Customs inspection and seizure: Customs of each country has the right to inspect imported goods and decide whether to release, seize or confiscate your package according to local laws and regulations. LuluKitty does not assume any responsibility if your package is seized or confiscated due to violation of customs regulations of the destination country.

² Prohibited Items: Please be sure to comply with the destination country's regulations on prohibited items. If the items you send are prohibited or restricted, they may be confiscated or destroyed by customs. LuluKitty has provided a detailed list of prohibited items on the website, and it is recommended that you read it carefully before placing an order.

² Duties and Taxes: Imported goods may be subject to customs duties and VAT, the specific amount depends on the tax policy of the destination country and the value and category of the goods. LuluKitty provides a function to estimate customs duties, but the final tax amount is subject to the actual collection by customs.

2. Cross-border logistics risks

² Package loss or damage: During cross-border transportation, packages may be lost or damaged due to force majeure or other uncontrollable factors. LuluKitty does not assume responsibility for package loss, damage or shortage caused by third-party logistics providers.

² Delivery delay: Cross-border logistics is affected by many factors, such as weather, flight schedule, logistics peak, etc., which may cause package delivery delays. Especially during holidays or logistics peak periods, delivery time may be longer than usual.

² Risk of Confiscation: If your package is confiscated by customs due to violation of the laws and regulations of the destination country, LuluKitty does not bear the relevant responsibility. We recommend that you learn more about the import regulations of the destination country before placing an order to ensure that the purchased goods comply with local legal requirements.

III. Risk Management and Mitigation Measures

To help you better manage risk and reduce the probability of loss, LuluKitty provides the following support and services:

1. Timely risk reminders

- We will promptly send you important information about customs policy changes, logistics peak periods, prohibited items, etc. through email, internal messages, etc. to help you prepare in advance and reduce risks.

2. Complete logistics insurance

- We offer optional logistics insurance services to cover package loss, damage, etc. If you choose the insurance service, in the event of loss or damage, we will provide you with compensation according to the insurance terms.

3. Package tracking and customer support

- LuluKitty provides full package tracking service. You can check the logistics status of the package in real time through the order page. If you encounter any problems, you can contact our customer service team at any time and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

4. Optimize logistics partners

- We continuously evaluate and optimize the third-party logistics providers we work with to ensure that we can provide you with efficient and reliable cross-border logistics services. At the same time, we will continue to improve logistics processes and service quality based on user feedback.

4. Things to note when signing for goods

1. Check the outer packaging

- Before signing for the goods, check whether the outer packaging of the goods is intact, whether the box seal is intact, and whether there is a significant difference in weight.

2. Inspection and acceptance

- Regardless of whether the outer packaging is obviously damaged or torn, you must inspect the goods in front of the courier before signing for them, and make a note on the waybill before signing for them; if there are any problems, refuse to sign directly.

3. Preserve evidence

- If the parcel you did not sign for in front of the deliveryman is damaged or missing, please keep the outer packaging box (including the sealing tape) and report it to the local post office within 2 days after signing for it (based on the delivery time on the logistics provider's website), and provide the goods invoice, physical photos and other information to contact us to apply for compensation from the post office on your behalf.

- Special note: If your package is a postal package (such as EMS, SAL, etc.), in addition to the above information (cargo invoice, physical photos, etc.), you are also required to provide a damage report or case num issued by the post office, so that we can feedback to the logistics company to verify the compensation.

4. Responsibility for normal receipt

- The normal receipt of the goods marks the end of the entire transportation process. Our company will not be responsible for any situation that occurs to the goods after the normal receipt.

5. Feedback Timeliness

- After receiving the package, if you have any questions, please report to customer service within 72 hours of receipt. Late feedback will not be accepted.

V. Disclaimer

1. Fragile and vulnerable items

- Regardless of whether you choose to strengthen the packaging or not, fragile and vulnerable items are only included in loss claims, not damage claims.

2. Dangerous goods and prohibited items

- Dangerous goods and prohibited goods (such as compressed gas, liquefied gas, flammable liquids, acid and alkali corrosive products and other national prohibited goods) are not included in the claim.

3. Natural wear and tear and inherent defects

- Losses or expenses caused by natural wear and tear, inherent defects, characteristics, and price increases or decreases of the goods are not included in the claim.

4. Natural disasters

- Our company is not responsible for the total or partial loss of goods during transportation due to natural disasters such as bad weather, lightning, tsunami, earthquake, flood, etc.

5. Force Majeure

- Goods that have exceeded their shelf life, warranty period, or delivery period due to force majeure such as weather, customs clearance time, etc. will not be compensated.

6. Customs reasons

- If you are required to cooperate with relevant operations (including but not limited to payment of customs duties) due to customs reasons, but you refuse to cooperate and the package cannot be delivered as promised by the forwarding service provider, the resulting losses, responsibilities and consequences will be borne by you, and the forwarding logistics provider will not bear any responsibility.

6. Items Prohibited from Posting by Postal Practice

- According to the practice of postal services, the following items are also prohibited from being sent:

1. Items that harm postal service personnel or damage mail or postal equipment

- The nature of the article or its packaging may cause harm to postal service personnel or damage mail or postal equipment.

2. Objects with sharp edges

- Items with sharp edges such as metal buttons that may interfere with mail processing.

3. Dangerous Goods

- All kinds of firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammables, corrosives, radioactive elements and containers, strong poisons, anesthetics, biochemical products and infectious substances.

4. Publications that endanger social security and stability

- Any publications, promotional materials, printed materials, etc. that are harmful to social security and stability and are obscene.

5. Articles that endanger public health

- Various items that endanger public health, such as germs, viruses, etc.

6. Documents or items that the other party prohibits from entering or circulating

- Documents or items that are prohibited from entering or circulating in the other country or region.

7. Customs regulations

- In addition to the above general provisions, the relevant regulations of the customs department should also be complied with.
